2012 Hawaii Tourism Conference

This year’s Hawaii Tourism Conference will be a two-day event held on August 23 and 24 for Hawaii's visitor industry and community. Sponsored by the HTA, the conference will showcase many of the HTA’s programs and focus on ways to collaborate and network on efforts to sustain the state’s top industry.
Hawaii’s tourism economy is recovering with strong arrivals and expenditures; however the future of the global market remains unclear. It is important to be able to adjust to the conditions at any moment in the short and long term to reach the goal of ensuring tourism continues in an upward swing. The conference sessions will explore current and future market trends and conditions, look at opportunities, bring together new partners, and unveil global marketing activities for 2013. More information will be available at
