Experience the Hawaiian Islands through Mahalo Month

Mahalo Month is an opportunity for Hawaii’s tourism industry to show its gratitude to the hard working travel professionals who help sell and promote the Hawaiian Islands. The annual Mahalo Month program, held this year from April 1-May 31, offers members of the travel trade special rates at participating locations to experience Hawaii’s beauty, unique culture and the aloha spirit. Participants will be able to experience the Hawaiian Islands first-hand to personally know the destination.

The program also provides Hawaii’s travel industry a chance to promote their business to travel professionals who help sell Hawaii. The HTA is still seeking support from activities, airlines, attractions, hotels, restaurants, tour, retail and transportation companies in the form of special Mahalo Month rates.   To provide an offer, please click here

DIACRITICALS

HawaiiTourismAuthority.org recognizes the use of diacritical markings of the (modern) Hawaiian language including the `okina [`] or glottal stop and the kahakō [ō] or macron (e.g., in place names of Hawai`i such as Lāna'i). However, you may notice these diacritical markings have been omitted throughout the website to ensure the best online experience for our visitors. HawaiiTourismAuthority.org recognizes the importance of using these markings to preserve the language and culture of Hawaii and respectfully uses them in all communications beyond the online platform.
