Mahalo Month Needs Your Kokua

Every year, during the slower spring shoulder period, the HTA coordinates Mahalo Month, an opportunity for travel trade professionals to visit the Hawaiian Islands and take advantage of special offers from Hawaii’s visitor industry. Mahalo Month presents a great opportunity for those who sell the Hawaiian Islands to come and experience it first-hand to gain a better understanding and appreciation for the destination.

Next year, Mahalo Month will be from April 1 through May 31, 2013. The HTA is looking for support from airline, hotel, activity, attraction, retail, restaurant and tour operators to provide special offers to say “mahalo” to travel trade professionals for helping to promote Hawaii as a destination.

Last year, there were more than 100 special offers, and this year the HTA is seeking to exceed the number of offerings through the support of the industry. For more information, click here.
