HTA developed the Oahu Destination Management Action Plan (DMAP) over the course of five months in partnership with the City & County of Honolulu. Six steering committee meetings took place. The community also had the opportunity to participate through community presentations on May 4 and 5 and provided feedback via an online webform. Click here to review the draft DMAP actions. The Steering Committee met via Zoom, and professional meeting facilitators assisted with bringing out the members’ ideas. The DMAP writers, along with HTA and the County, crafted the plan. The draft DMAP was approved by the HTA board in July 2021.
